Consumer Affairs CAPrint Palette provides photo and art printing services by appointment, including file review, size and paper consultation, test print review, and production of approved print orders. Service availability, materials, and accepted order methods may vary based on studio capacity and supplier availability.
WIPOPrices are based on print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. Payment methods are limited to the methods accepted by the studio at the time of the order, and no order is binding until the applicable charges are confirmed and accepted.

Any quoted production timing is an estimate only and depends on file readiness, material availability, quantity, and studio capacity. The studio may decline or delay production if files require correction, if materials are unavailable, or if the order has not been approved in full.

To the extent permitted by law, Print Palette is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for differences between screen display and printed output, different materials, or separate production batches. The studio does not guarantee exact color matching, specific archival performance, or results beyond the approved production specifications.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and, where relevant, the laws in force in Quebec. Any dispute should first be raised with the studio in good faith, and if it cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over the studio's place of business.
